Foot Soak

Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt, Baking Soda, Essential oils of Eucalyptus, Lemon, Peppermint, Basil and Lavendar.


How to Use:

Bath Tub Soak: Add handfull salt in luke warm water. Mix the salts well in the water.  Lie back, enjoy the aroma, relax for 15/20 Minutes for good detox effect.


As a Foot soak: Take a large bowl or basin fill with warm water. Add 7 spoonful of salts and mix well. Dip your feet in, let them soak for 15/20 minutes and relax to get relief from achy, smelly feet.


Hot compress: To get relief from back & neck pain or chest congestion, add the salt to bowl full of hot water. Dip a towel in this water, squeeze out excess water and apply this compress on areas that need attention. Repeat to get quick relief.


Ideally use before bed time so that you can really relax after detoxification. Avoid using bath salts if you are pregnant, severely dehydrated, have high blood pressure or open sores. Drink a glass of water before and after using to keep yourself hydrated .

Storage Directions: Keep salts away from air & moisture contamination which may cause the salts to form lumps. Use the dry spoon to keep the salts dry.
